Booking

• max occupancy 14 people
• 7 day rental minimum
• rates upon request : rental rates start at 1000 € nightly rate
• High season : July 15th - August 24th
• Mid Season : June 1 to July 14th - Aug 25 th to Sept 30 - Eastern Holiday Low Season : October 1 to may 30 ( except Eastern holiday ) 

• Non refundable deposit to book the house as a partial payment of the rent : 50 % of rental amount
• Remaining balance of 50 % is due 60 days before arrival date plus a refundable security deposit of 2500€
• A cleaning fee of 350€ will be added to your charge

General Information

• no live music , parties etc after 10 pm allowed
